Computer Share is QASP's Transfer Agent (TA). Jeff's commmunication to the TA was to "gag" the TA from giving out the number of Outstanding Shares (O/S). As Jeff has pointed out on many occasions the T/A never gives out the A/S, only the O/S. So why gag the TA if there are no changes?
