So you basically read:
"We request your assistance in this matter and demand, as current management of Quasar, that no increase in authorized stock issuance or other change in the capital stock structure of Quasar be made until the pending investigations are concluded or notice of a resolution of this matter by unanimity of the current Directors, Joshua Henderson and Jeff DiGenova, is provided."
To mean Gag the TA, he clearly states no increase or change in captital stock structure should be made (in otherwords don't issue any shares) and you claim the letter states Gag the TA.
I would like to think I can spin a story with the best of them, but I don't know how you come even close to this letter stating Gag the TA, I am completely lost. Are you reading the same letter as me??
