Brother...son...grasshopper...whatever...I did ..I made the calls first...and was told.."ACTT is working hard to get the company and the PPS back to its rightful place"...so there...thats your answer...either believe or buy..or move on to your next play...your posts are here for all to see..no reason to keep repeating the same garble 10 times a day everyday...now that your out and profitable....or do you have other intentions?,,,now that would be a so called crook in my mind....ACTT

You obviously have no understanding of public disclosure rules.

This company does not act like a typically penny stock where they tell investors what they want to hear, many times illegally sharing insider information.

ACTT operates as a big board stock and keeps things close to the vest. IMO, there is a reason why they reinstated and that reason will be forthcoming shortly.

Did the company cancel the outstanding shares? Or did they just not decide to file instead. Which is it. What say ye?
