You obviously have no understanding of public disclosure rules.

This company does not act like a typically penny stock where they tell investors what they want to hear, many times illegally sharing insider information.

ACTT operates as a big board stock and keeps things close to the vest. IMO, there is a reason why they reinstated and that reason will be forthcoming shortly.
