They took over a bankrupt shell with an ineffective and non-competitive HIV test, and used it as a vehicle to unload millions upon millions of shares-not to raise capital for an actual company, but to make insiders rich. They lied about the test, sales, and the details of the financing, while dumping shares into the feeding frenzy created by their fraudlent claims.
Their product had nothing to do with a "cure" for aids, dimwit.
