IMO Hawk has been attempting to keep all shareholders in the loop as best they can. I agree with you that this investment has become more speculative as issues have dragged on without apparent resolve (that we know of anyway). I only speak for myself when I describe Hawk and Dwight's business acumen based on my past dialogue with them. I for one am happy to have an IR that is willing to answer my questions as best and as legally as possible.
I respect your opinion, however, I do enjoy a discussion that entertains both sides of an issue. With that being said I would suggest that you contact Tom again (even though you don't want to) as simply cutting off communication never solves a problem. He indicated to me that he would be available on his cell over the weekend (no later than 6 p.m. EST though). Anyone else reading this post that has significant reservations about their AMST investment should give him a call. I have found him to be open and honest throughout this entire process.
