One slight correction. There is no "active treatment......total knee postop surgeries," that use a 1mg/kg every 12 hour dose, unless there are actual DVTs or PEs. If an orthopedic surgeon elects to use enox for post-op DVT prevention in total knees it is typically either 30mg twice daily or 40mg daily.

Beginning March 1, HealthTrust will award Sandoz (#2445) a sole product status for their AP rated enoxaparin products.
