I agree with your assessment of the management performance and would add that I see no realistic path to survival (or any historical basis supporting management's ability to turn things around) --- the only realistic alternative is a sale..

I disagree with the rest of your post. I have an idea as to why there was such a delay, which I expressed previously. Varney has hinted at this in his email answers. I just do not believe that management is incompetent in any sense. Indeed, I just bought more.

Enemem, Something happening with the high impacts (ala Servier) in the next 2-3 years could conceivably resurrect the stock. Then there's ADHD, which Varney should be able to partner sometime in 2011, though to get there I'm figuring on a $2-3 mil interim financing in the Mar-May period.

So the soap opera continues. It's an entertaining stock if you don't actually own it :o)

enemem, I feel your pain.

still... it's very very cheap consider its potential. I really think we will see better days.

but the way they handle SA and ADHD is really disturbing.

SA - no matter how you cut it, a 20 ppl quick test has been dragged on for 1 year... and when the news was finally announced, the market doesn't give it a shxt. why wasted the money to do SA if no one care - on that year or so, big chunk of cash was spent to pay the management.

and ADHD - wtf happens there? At one point, they told us IND will be filed in a month.. that was like 6 months ago....

IMO, this management is crap unless proven otherwise. I sold 20 percent and it's not easy to sell. And thinking I have cash tied up with this and miss the monster rally makes me pissed too.

Will hold the rest and hope the management can prove me wrong. But their track record is getting worse.
