I would be furious if I was told that. I sure hope this thing works out. I'm in deep enough that I will hold until this things finally turns around or it bellies up. I can wait years if needed. That said I'm not buying anymore.

Thanks for your sentiment Rocky. I think the Sept/Oct time frame is when Dwight realized he had problems that were going to take a while to unwind (just my guess). There was a significant communication problem between the two companies before Dwight's appointment as Pres (once again IMO). This type of comms problem is very common between different cultures and different groups of people. Over the past few months it is my guess that the working relationship has progressed significantly. With all due respect to Stark/Norstrud, neither one of those folks offered the experience and network in the stem cell industry that Brunoehler has brought to the table. Each of them are experts in their particular fields, but maybe the company needed a little something different at the time. The prospects of a succesfull merger increased exponentially when Brunoehler came on board. Would you agree with that statement?

If you had a pleasant conversation previously with Dwight, why not give him another phone call to discuss the current situation with Amstem as you view it.

I do understand your frustrations and share much of the same. My main concern at this point moving forward is that the financials for Amstem are going to be very expensive to bring current once KPMG finally signs off on the audit and that we may actually not see any financial filings for quite awhile. The rest of the business will move forward, but we won't really see the true value of the company exposed until audited financials are filed and accepted by the SEC.

Anyway, I hope you continue to share on this board as your input is well accepted by myself.
