They definitely need to get serious and put their money to work. Using upwards of $100 million like Rato stated would do it, which would still leave them with close to $100 million after Q4. On top of it, the market cap and insiders holdings will increase and help get the stock on a quality long term level. Some of it as a special dividend, some as part of the bi-annual dividend, and the rest as a buyback. Also, more insider buying should be done as well. You are right, these next few weeks will be very telling.
