I agree 100%.. Items 1-4 are SPOT on in my opinion. I think they should also release a public statement from Deloitte about their cash on hand and attach it to the PR.

They need to do something and it can't just be a bunch of words. They should make the dividend payable retroactive to January 27th for all the longs that got crushed on the margin calls and to get those naked shorts.
