You miss the occasional adrenaline rush of a "play" now and then (EARH for instance), or, are your outside interests keeping you pretty well occupied Jim?
Mmm, deer venison smoked sounds really good. I have yet to try it, sticking with salmon so far. Made friends with a hunter/fisher that says he'll likely get me some deer meat next season for putting him on some fish. Let us know how it turns out and more importantly the recipe :-) Figure the basic smoked salmon brine with teriyaki added might work. I like the little bit of apple flavor from using 1/2 apple juice with a wet brine. Spicing up the deer might be fun too. Have fun with it! And life in general of course...
