Yes they will dilute big time....that is why they have a gagged T/A......seasoned investors will not enter here unless they know the share structure......no revenue to date and they do have to pay operational costs unless they are heading for CH11.....if they do not show some revenue soon, then all the shares will be diluted into some very low share prices.......do they care....not one iota because they have the other company......SFMI is just here to pay the bills and it is currently paying the bills by way of dilution.....as I see it....
