But the headline of the PR was;

"Green Star Energies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GSRE) is pleased to announce the acquisition of DCD Operating, Inc."

If they don't know the meaning of "acquisition", then they shouldn't be in business. My guess though is that they do know the meaning but being the scammers they are, intentionally tried to mislead investors, which by the way is the norm for GSRE.

That last line you posted is at the bottom of the PR!

Why didn't the GSRE PR headline say "right to acquire" as did the LGMN PR did with their PR about buying 50% of DCD.
