In the worst case if JMW should rule that the LTW's are not a general creditors claim, would this be appealable? How would this proceed?

Also, what are the hurdles we must jump over before being certified as a Class 12 creditor? Can you briefly explain the adversarial? Who would rule on this? Is this about the main claim? Does the government's appeal only concern about $63 million or the whole amount? When will this occur? Who will rule on this?

Please help me understand in my ignorance.
