Tough question. I'm obviously long DIMEQ, and I have held LTWs for 5 years now. That being said, having read all the briefs and reviewed the bankruptcy code definition of "equity" versus "debt," I'd put us over 90%. I'm obviously biased, but you can check my posts back when this was trading at .10 or so...

The hard thing, as I've stated previously, is that a "warrant" is usually associated with equity. I think the LTW class has gotten past that, since it's really associated with litigation proceeds, but if there's a weakness, it's the word "warrant" in the title of the security.
