The shorts do not know when an IDCC/Nokia settlement will be reached from the period from 3/31/05 through 5/31/05..Does IDCC and Nokia have access to the contents of the DRAFT or Not?Will the stock open at $4 or $40 if a settlement is announced? Will IDCC refuse a settlement in exchange for a 2G FINAL JUDGEMENT? TIA


There are probably other insiders with option grants that became exercisable on 3/31/05.

Dave:According to the 1996 Proxy Statement, the only options issued to company executives in 1995 were 50,000 issued to H. Goldberg. A quick check of his recent Form 4's shows no activity related to these options other than the 40,000 exercised. So we might see another 10,000 pretty soon.

You could easily develop a schedule of option grants for company executives by going to yearly proxy statements. The problem is you would have review all of the persons' Form 4s to see which have already been exercised. They don't necessarily exercise them in the order granted.

Do we (I-Hub members) have a schedule anyplace with a list of insiders with their option grants and excercise dates?
