That item in Task Manager

Is most likely the program running which is trying to get you to download it.

If it does not show up in Add Remove Programs,

Right click on the Task Manager entry and write down the properties location for it.

Then shut it off and delete that program file using Windoze Explorer. Then run a registry cleaner to get the final parts of the flea.
