Found this when I googled your xd_proxy.php
_____________________________________________
This looks like that the browser has been hijacked on the computer.

Method 1

I would suggest that you reset the internet explorer settings to default and check if it works.

For more information refer the below link.

How to reset Internet Explorer settings

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

Important: Reset Internet Explorer to its default configuration. This step will also disable any add-ons, plug-ins, or toolbars that are installed. Although this solution is quick, it also means that, if you want to use any of those add-ons in the future, they must be reinstalled.

Method 2
If the above step fails then scan and remove any malware or virus infections from the computer and check.

The below scan only works on 32 bit version of Windows

You may use Microsoft security essentials to scan your computer

Hope this helps!

Problem solved, but I don't know why.
Ran MSE, MB and ACE again and they didn't find anything but no more download requests.
I'll reload Skype and see if it comes back.
