*QQQQ daily: Watch macd and RSI(14) 50 level here. If the macd is able to cross-over and the RSI able to break 50, a small bounce until just after lunch wouldn't be out of the question...
If it fails, as does volume here, then obviously it is a sign to "stay the trend" or "join the train"...
XOI: CVX and UCL are both components, both selling off on CVX announcement of takeover UCL.
Whether or not this selling in the two companies is justified or not the negative bias slews the XOI. The non-confirmation is probably just an anomoly which should be discounted as a result.
