***XOI - TAKE NOTE THAT IT'S NOT CONFIRMING OIL HIGHS HERE!!! While West Texas Intermediate Crude oil hits an all-time high, the XOI has failed to do the same, in fact, it hasn't even broke it's short-term high set just over 2 weeks ago... (but at the same time, keep in mind that the XOI hit record high after record high from February 1st-March 9th while oil failed to do the same... so we have quite a conundrum here)

*XOI is flat while oil is +.58 at 57.85...
