Your theory, Steve5 is FEASIBLE. So are some of the other ones.

I wish you good luck in your trading.

If you can get your hands on something from the BCSC ordering a cease on activities from Hefin International, try to do so and it could be posted as a JPEG on an image sharing site and then we could put the link to it up here.

If anyone has data on Hefin International report it accordingly. All I can say is that if this ever was traced to a professional shorter... well you can imagine what would happen to that sad character for not only destroying the image of companies but defrauding investors. Can anyone say CLASS ACTION? IMO.

A good policy to follow on board: please try to use IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, IMHO, IMO or the word theory or whatever so we can easily see what is a theory and what is a fact.

If anyone wants to state a FACT, pro or con, please bring to the table something to back it up - link or other evidence. This will help all of us.

Thanks.

First of all I am not a short.

Their outstanding history?
CPOW says in their SEC filing that they have a very poor history.
They go into great detail about it.

Hefin has done this third party promo payments in the past, it was not created for CPOW.

As for who did the pump and the reasons for the halt --perhaps you forgot --a poster here called the BCSC asking about the halt and was told they believed it appeared there was insider trading --nothing to do with shorts--and on this point--it would be interesting to see if their inquiry during the halt is public information, who was suspected and why.

On your claim of illegal and unethical shorting--shorting stocks is neither--people could not do it if it was illegal--

Are shorts very active in this stock?
If so where is their bad press?
Been no response to the positive CPOW PRs.
Why haven't they seen to it that the US traders are made aware of the halt orders and insider trading suspicions of the regulators--it was never in the US business news?

Frankly I suspect they are just waiting for this stock to collapse day by day or week by week because they believe it is a P&D. You believe otherwise. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Time will tell who was right.
