The Judge should read old/new Prospectus on all shares, In My Opinion. Also, question is how long before it is returned and reflected? My Posts should Not be used by Anyone to make Any Financial and or Unethical Decisions.
Are you proposing (in your opinion of course) that FULL recovery is even a remote possibility??? As in A=L like in your numbers??? Marsal & crew incurring massive expenses BUT also adding to the kitty so I guess as long as they're adding more than they're spending it's good.
