The chance is still there IMO..
I've posted this several times..On page 11 of June 2010, MOR supplemental....

Referring to the Receivable from Affiliates and Investments In Affiliates.....

The Balance sheet do not reflect potential reserves on the Receivables from Affiliates and Investments in Affiliates or an estimate of potential additional payables to Affiliates, as aformentioned potential reserves or liabilities are not yet determinable.

There is negative -50B in the Asset side of the June30 A/L... I'm only hoping for 39B recovery from this against 52B Intercompany and 50B other Debtors claims.

Or maybe 33B recovery plus about 12B in litigations...Everything is still possible.
