Like analyst's who say "buy real estate,,,, as it will never go down..." or "buy Gold, as it will be $3000 an ounce", they are the same ones dumping thier real estate and gold shares on us as quick as they can... LOL

"Flipping" may make a few fast bucks for some,
but sometimes it may cause a few FLOPs for many.
"Flipping " with certain stocks are dangerous.
If its that easy,
everyone will be doing it.
