That is exactly they way I also see it CM...
Like analyst's who say "buy real estate,,,, as it will never go down..." or "buy Gold, as it will be $3000 an ounce", they are the same ones dumping thier real estate and gold shares on us as quick as they can... LOL

I was in Toronto, and got a picture of that awesome space needle!
