The Restriction was probably only 6mo as Bio pointed out.
Not being insider or company officers a 6mo restriction was all that is require.

1/15/10 is the PR date
lines up well with the distro date and when ppl first noticed HDSN selling

Bio also stated it bodes well for the distro and financers recieving their shares before date of record
