There is obviously some hanky-panky still going on .. to which we are not privy. But it will come out soon now. Is the Company strapped for money now .. or not ?
I dont think so,there are not any requirements mentioned,thats my point.Usually you will see a PR stating the shares were under rule 144,KATX did not do that in the PR.If by chance KATX did use rule 144(6 months)then they are going to fail,because a 5 year old would been smarter then that.
