Earnest: Based on your comment a perfect solution would be for the SEC to order EIGH to declare and pay a .10 cash dividend without any dilution to the stock. That would reward the shareholders and at the same time punish anyone who was short and teach the company never to make statements again unless they plan to fulfill them. Perfect solution. Go EIGH!!!
