The full and accurate complete details of that big financing have not yet been disclosed to us. I still maintain that it was $1,000,000 for the first 50,000,000 shares. 2 cents a share. They haven't told us anything about what happened after that.

Akec, I believe your math is wrong..

The numbers you use anyway...

______________
has secured funding for up to $5 million.

guarantees $1 million over the next 6 months and the remaining $4 million to be delivered upon agreements

funding was secured with 50,000,000 restricted shares.

Cryptic PR yes but depending on the glasses you may wear.......

Funding was only secured with 50 mil shares for one mil in cash over the next 6mo

That was NOT the number of shares given for the total financing deal, that is only the number of shares used to secure the deal.

Considering they recieved 1mil over the first 6mo, that 50 mil was most likely for 1mil cash.

Now Katx has spent well Over 1 mil...HDSN has been selling for almost 6mo according to even the Mods here. HDSN sold 21mil shares last month alone according to an ardent supporter here.

To think that 50mil shares is all that has been put into the market is as optmistic as Olympic Dam was to RR...Best observations and the possible end to restrictions are that Hdsn started selling in the .20s or teens..

Trust me, I think the financers here have done pretty well

The rest, is just to scarry to think about out loud..

I find it hard to believe they would be willing to finance at .10 a share. As others have said, the wording is a little vague, and could be that it was financed at .02 a share, which I find to be more likely. Judging by what has happened the last 6 months here, I think it points more towards .02 than .10 IMO.
