One year ago KATX announced securing funding
of $5MM in return for 50MM restrictedshares.
$1MM in the first six months, I believe, and the
balance over a five year period.

Now, my fifth grade math tells me:

$5MM divided by 50MM shares is .10/share.

KATX has been trading under .10 since Sep 1.

How do they make money here???
