Are you saying as a FACT that the analysts now covering IDCC feel the same way as Mr. Sherman? That seems to be the gist of your last paragraph.

If that is what you are saying, how do you know this as a FACT?

You also seem to know for certain that the information you provided IS the reason why Mr. Sherman has not started coverage at this time. Is this a fact?
