You bet I'm frustrated with this company. Engine and transmission, essential IP, well positioned to profit from 3G.

In the meantime I just don't see any of what has been promised actually happening in real life.

Once a wimp always a wimp and IDCC has proved itself pretty wimpy many times.

Frankly they never should have cut the deal with ERICY they cut, it showed weakness NOT strength and others have taken advantage of the litigation discounts. Gee ever since MOT IDCC has gotten screwed.

If only that trial had turned out differently...
