Settlement to "protect" poor shorts from bankruptcy for getting caught once in awhile for shorting the hell out of stock. They won't suffer. It's just the cost of doing business.......not too bad when you make billions every year shorting companies into oblivion.
So instead of short squeeze to oblivion, settlement will be made between SEC and Hedgy to determine value of price per share before privitization? So maybe $2.....$1.23 per share......from settlement money, of course.
Who knows?......the SEC knows.
And they'll clue everyone in soon, too.
