#127959 RE: pro-trader #127946

The company (KATX) says they are not selling. With the amount of shares being sold at the end of the day each day, it is either a WHALE of an investor or the financiers, with probably some discouraged minor players thrown in for good measure. There has to be a finite number of shares that person or the financiers have. If it is financiers, they could have up to 50 million shares - but then again there is another theory the financiers did not give over the full 5 million in financing so they might not have 50 million. If they got less than 50 million maybe they are almost done with their selling.

It is hard to say what is happening exactly. Death by a thousand cuts? Or just selling at what they consider is a return on investment?

However, here's my 2 cents on why I don't think HDSN is being ethical. 9 times out of ten, KATX OPENS UP over the previous close. I look at my Scottrade account and I am up hundreds of dollars at the open. HDSN COULD SELL AT THAT TIME AND MAKE MORE MONEY FOR THE SELLER. But waits until the end of the day and sells for lower than the open. Explain that. I see this over and over. Up at open - yay today's gonna be good. Then down like .0001 or .0005 or something right at day's end. No one else thinks that is odd?
