until, KATX proves me wrong by releasing the information and details of financing, here is what I believe
HDSN has something to do with the financing which we end up financing the company
I am not fortune teller or God to be sure but here is what I think
Ken had about 100 plus million extra shares in the float when the SS was done a year ago and he is using that shares and money to play/flip just like traders
the financiers is Mr. X which could be anyone and doing the fund raising for KATX
he might have also received 50 million shares for the services
Mr. X could be a friend or relative
that is the reason we stayed in pink land for longer than anticipated
no filings and explanation
I have said this before, for some reason we always had strong support and resistance
the support was never broken for example at 5 cents before and every time we had a run there was a seller
when it was time to let it run, we always ran
now same thing is happening
there is no reason to keep a legit financier secret
why not release the info and details if there is nothing to hide
yet I have no problem with fund raising this way in order to grow thw company and prove claims
after all that is why they go public

HDSN COULD SELL AT THAT TIME AND MAKE MORE MONEY FOR THE SELLER. But waits until the end of the day and sells for lower than the open.

with due respect: most stocks, most of the time, behave the same way. Around the 10 am mark the stock price is normally, not counting the anomali of positive PRs, higher than the rest of the day (that is why I avoid buying any stock at the 10 am -12 pm mark) then by 2 pm to 4 pm is when the price will normalize (most of time will dip from its 10am higher) - which, imo, is the best time to buy.

Perhaps HDSN could not sell all of its shares at the 10 am - 11 am mark and had to continue selling at lower prices later on in the day.

If HDSN withholds selling at the 10am-12 pm mark, as you suggest (when the price is higher), but only sells 2pm - 4pm mark, what reason for it to do that? what would be its motive?
