#127873 RE: Jackroch #127870

I don't think some Board members understand just what WAS P R ed about Rusty Hole # 2. The Company SAID they have assayed most of the good-looking sections all the way down the hole already. But they only asked for Lanthanum and Cerium ( I believe it was ) to be used as pathfinders for additional REE s. Now they are taking the best results of these plus some additional sections to be assayed for a more extensive suite of REE s. These are the results they are waiting on now. It is my interpretation that they have already assayed the best looking sections of Hole 2 ( a long time ago ) but only for Lanthanum and Cerium. So we shall see who is correct. Under this scenario I'm not expecting much of an improvement beyond a Ho-Hum !!! Here's a copy ....

Hole RR10-02 intersected variably altered and mineralized peralkaline felsic volcanic rocks throughout the upper 245 meters of the 344 meter long hole. Initial ICP analytical results indicated elevated lanthanum and cerium through several sections, these, along with other selected sections of the drill hole were sent for a complete suite of rare earth and associated elements.

Sounds as good as any other explanation.

A++ on #5. I will add that the Ax intentionally driving it lower. I will also add, that it's always darkest before the dawn and the PPS will eventually reflect what KATX is worth. That Ax knows this and will not miss out on the eventually spike back to reality.

IMO - Once the Ax is finished, we will get our PR's. Good ones too. :)

JR: Interesting speculation, and as plausible as any other being thrown against the wall. If the pps goes much lower, I will want to double my position. GLTA

6) Additionally, the company is desperately trying to push through the BVIG disto to award their loyal shareholders and would love to be able to time this with the Rusty results to create the most bang for everyone's buck. This is seemingly simple but is requiring more time, effort and money than KATX management expected.

imo, it is better to release good news one at a time rather than in one PR...one at a time helps to "walk up" the PR (if there is such a thing)...

Jackroch .... Very good points.

Agree with 3CTrader also (post# 127906) on point #5.
To many of us, the financiers are quite a myth.

I guess only Ken knows who they are.
If so many of us can see the good potentials of KAT,
Certainly those financiers should see the same too.
Whatever game they are playing (or not playing) is yet to be seen.

If your point #5 turns out to be the case,
that'll be great indeed.
Lets hope we'll hear some PR tomorrow.
Good luck Jack.

I'll toss my hat in the ring
Trying to make sense of what I have witnessed here
The most plausible explanation I can come up with is
that sometime in the fall a dispute about contingencies
between KATX and their financiers took place
Money guys had their shares and were selling them into the market
Kat expected their next installment, investors balked
KATX proceeded to drill 2 holes at RR with remaining funds
but would do nothing to support the share price knowing who
it would benefit most
And that if BVIG distribution took place these same gentlemen
could anticipate receiving 12.5 million shares of that security
AND THEY HAVE NOT HELD UP THEIR END.
KATX has NOT received anywhere near the $5 million they were promised and THAT is why BVIG shares have not been distributed
They are NOT at liberty to discuss this publically, nor would they wish to, but this situation needs to be rectified
THIS IS ALL IN MY OPINION ONLY
