Just to be clear...if a lie is a material misrepresentation made by a publicly traded company it is indeed fraud. On another note have any 'longs' been to the casino EIGH, by their own assertion 'operates'?

WRONG ... EIGH has issued and False and Misleading PR's and has posted False and Misleading information on their website.

Those that were unlucky enough to believe this False information were in fact damaged by the collapse of the PPS. And that constitutes FRAUD.
