Anyone who has any knowledge of how SEC investigations work and the time frames involved would not suggest that the SEC would have already concluded their investigation. Of course if there has been no official communication that it has been concluded it is still ongoing. The fact that EIGH would pretend they weren't aware of any SEC investigation in their answer session when it is clearly stated in the suspension order (posted in the ibox) just shows how compulsive liars operate. It's really quite disgusting.
