SEC trading suspensions are for 10 days only... and the stocks are put on the GREYS as the continued warning... http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EIGH/quote the investigation of course is still going on, the whole process normally takes years... are people pretending that EIGH and MONKS den is NOT under investigation? lol

Why are you mystified? EIGH has publicly clarified all of these positions. Further, with regard to the takeover of Monks Den, as you must be aware, this was part of the suspension and it has been publicly acknowledged by EIGH that they have co-operated fully with the SEC and sent full details for their examination. The suspension has been lifted and we have no knowledge, at this time, whether any further investigation is ongoing.

I'm still mystified about why, after all those backtracks and explanations, anyone would take it at face value when EIGH management starts serving up the NSS Kool-Aid.
