HR, respectfully, YES they should have known, along with the partners. You don't just deposit millions of $$ in an account after the fiasco 911 and think it will go unknown.

They should HAVE thought about all angles, period. Now they have to go through the BS red tape with the gov't. Could close today or 30 days, who knows.
