If you think JJ and GC thought that HLS was going to be a problem, don't you think they would've done something about it proactively? Don't you think the lawyers of the majors would've? No, they would rather put at risk a multi-billion dollar joint venture by putting it on hold just because they like to mess with shereholders (and themselves). Geez, the illogic in whiny ill-thought commentary is absurd.
