That's a rather strange comment. LUXI and FSPP, eh? FSPP was, of course, the predecessor company to CDIV.
But...
1. The first thing anyone heard about that "offering" was from October 2009. So EIGH is unlikely to have reported it to the SEC in June.
2. "Prior to current management"? But... Conrad Wall was running the show then, as far as we know. And Conrad Wall is still involved.
Better question: Why the lengthy gap in communications--Pinksheets filings and press releases--from EIGH between June 2008 and November 2009?
