The Company is trying to contact a property development company that took control of the original www.8000inc.com website.

Seems like Conrad should be able to do a little negotiating with the current registrar of the domain 8000inc.com. When I open a session to that address, I get a for sale sign...

Nothing to do with EIGH's Share Structure.
ZERO.
Only EIGH's management and directors can issue EIGH shares.

EIGH goofed and someone else might have been able to register the EIGH website.
But that has NOTHING to do with the shares.
