Is it possible that shares of EIGH not associated with the company were sold into the market.

No. Any shares of EIGH have to be issued through the EIGH transfer agent and approved by the EIGH CEO. Fantasyland ideas will not get people's money back in this scam.

NO .... not possible. Shares are issued by the Transfer Agent who takes direction from EIGH's board and management.

Interesting Brian, very interesting indeed ~

As someone had pointed out below ~

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=59197895

EIGH was still using the www.8000inc.com address as of the summer of 2008. I guess they just let it expire.
findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2008_June_3/ai_n25473268/

Seems to me they'd like to have it back

So the company (EIGH) did not own the address 8000inc.com at the time the the aforementioned IPO Property posts were being touted, but yet, the name "8000inc" was being used by whomever was running that operation...

"If you are qualified investor5 and would like to become a part of this prospective investment opportunity6, please contact us at investor@8000inc.com.
8000 Inc. Management."

However, all that information was posted on the EIGH message board frequently on these forums, even though it had nothing to do with EIGH (8000inc) ... now why would someone use another company's name to issue an IPO...like I said, things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm

Far more likely management is dumping unauthorized shares into the market. See: CMKM Diamonds, Universal Express.
