When it comes to signing of contracts or partnerships in business, there are often obstacles leading to delays. You may or may not be the one causing those delays. When it comes to promising FINS by a certain date, I cannot think of a good enough reason to miss that deadline. I’m sure Mr. Watson will deliver by 1/31/11
