Some like to make the efforts. Some like to make no efforts and criticize. Like in certain biz meetings I attend sometimes. Most try to elevate themselves to some kind of "management" status so they can download any actual work to some person who just showed up on the scene and wouldn't have the nuts to ask.... "And what are you doing again?" LOL!
