Look at the December 8k...The 3D component is no more...Outgoing CEO (Joseph DeFrancesco ) had all rights to that and he returned his shares to company and split. That is the reason why PPS have been falling. I am still hoping for a turn around though as Mr. Shergold is a good CEO and he built the company in Canada from scratch. Just some growing pains. Go SKGP!!
