As long as buy-and-bill is the main channel for procuring Prolia, I don't see how a "retail awkwardness" is dampening sales. Sure, maybe it'll be a significant factor in the future when the channel has shifted to retail, but not under the current model. Can you even get Prolia in retail pharmacies?
