From today’s AMGN CC:

“…the vast majority of patients who receive the product under Part D would pick up Prolia at the pharmacy and bring it back to the physician’s office for administration.”

In other words, Prolia is not a typical Part-D drug nor is it a typical Part-B drug. It’s sort of in a no-man’s land.
